I was referred to Basile Agency by my mother, who works with Kari Reed, when I needed new auto insurance. Kari and the Basile team have been nothing short of fantastic for all of my needs. They helped me get great renters insurance as well, and any time I have a service need they are extremely responsive, knowledgeable and efficient. Sadly, I moved away from the East Coast and they couldn’t get me coverage in my new state, and even when they knew I would no longer be a customer, they were extremely helpful in getting my existing policies situated based on my changes.
